Dedicated To: Our Dad (Dennis)
Dedicated By: Kevin & Paul
Age: 49
Our dad was diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer in October 2003. The doctor told us, that he had 3 to 6 months at most, and recommended Chemo Therapy right away. There was only one type of treatment available and that it was going to be very intense.
Dad was a true fighter; he would say I will not let this disease get the best of me. Always a thank you, a smile or a joke, no matter how horrified he was. The Chemo seemed to work for a while, dad gained some weight and we were very hopeful, the doctor would refer to him as his Miracle patient.
Dad passed on January 26, 2005 of a Heart Attack.
Loved by so many your time was cut short, you were someone we could tell anything to and you would be there to help us, forgive us and teach us. One thing you use to say if you don’t try you’ll never succeed and if you fail don’t worry it’s a lesson learned.
Dad you always brought out the good in all of us. You were always there to tease us, make us laugh and said what needed to be heard. But now you’re our tears, our smiles our sunshine. You will surely be miss and never forgotten.
Daddy, my father, my brother, my best friend.
